"IT'S NOT THAT DEEP" BOARD

Sooo, WELCOME TO ANOTHER YAP TIME WITH YUTIKA.

This Black chart is what I used to call as "KEEP LIVING" Board that I hung up in January to process Manan's demise. It was a a critical phase where I used to literally note down movies and series and events to look forward so I don't off myself.

Fortunately I'm no longer there, I have grown with my grief and this black chart fell off after a few months because double-sided tapes apparently suck, and I didn't have time to paste it again UNTIL TODAY!

I got these glue tags (please work for longer this time) and add new things, I have rechristened it as 'ITS NOT THAT DEEP' board as it's filled with reminders to myself to not take life very seriously. 

The board is basically filled with many philosophical concepts, because after Manan passed, I kept reading and watching a lot of philosophical and science books and videos to deal with the heavy emotions and thoughts. So, I wanted to yap about the details and share them with y'all!

8) The Ship of Theseus: talks about what defines the self when everything about us is constantly changing, and we should allow ourselves to be redefined with time. Also the psychological continuity is a quote i heard from Kanan Gill. 'There's no proof that the past exists' - gives me a lot of strength and reminds me to not let the present me get affected by it.

9) CONSIDER THE COCONUTS PLEASE. THEY ARE COOL. I LOVE THEM. THEY ARE UNDERRATED: You are thirsty? Coconut water! You are hungry? They have edible parts! You want sweet? BOUNTY. You want spicy? THENGA RICE! Hair fall? Coconut oil! Can be used to cook! You have dry eyes? Coconut oil. They are used to make bags and their hair is a vessel washer and they can be used to cup and drink water. I can go on and on, maybe in another blog.

19) I'm a hard determinist. I believe that all our actions and events of this world is predetermined through the Big Bang and if you recreate it, everything will happen exactly as it's happening rn and free will is just an illusion; do you think atoms choose where they are going? No, but even if one of them is misplaced, the entire universe can collapse. I think same applies to us. "We cannot will what we will" - to remind myself things are not in my control and TO JUST CHILL. And quoting Einstein - "God does not play dice with the universe"

PS: there are still empty spaces that I'm going to fill with overtime, so I will keep updating this blog.
